This methods will improve your motivation level


Do you feel your motivation is lost or lead the wrong way? Try the next piece of advice?



1. Dimension your challenge suitably


Dopamine helps to see wrong things, which is not clear for itself. To achieve these goals, it must

be important and also possible so that dopamine starts to try. You achieve your goals better if you

pay attention to every piece of your success during the journey. 



2. Create some gift for yourself when you achieve your goal and share it with
some one

for example if your goal is to not use sugar anymore. You  firstly found a new motivation for your mindwillingness .Clean all of the sweet delicious ingredients from  your own living areas, instead of that  just do something interesting. Talk about  your achievement and success with your friends so that helps to your success.



3. satisfice your pleasure sources   

Search or find your pleasure from where you  knew about that in childhood. It's consciously better to learn to create your own pleasure sources in childhood. Think about that, what else do you want to learn? Be patient, because enthusiasm takes time. Find a group, where you get appreciation for yourself (stereoine) and improve your interpersonal skills, where you try to get together (oxytocin). Be careful about your happiness, sometimes laugh enough (endorphin).


4. estimate threat rejection again 

Childhood fears have difficult roots as adults, even if they are no  longer useful in any way.

Brains also play in our head and manage all reactions, which are a threat for itself. Cortisol finds out some evidence  of threat and removes their activities.You actually have the power to be without food for your brain's extra reactions. Think about that, Is it necessary to be fearful in our activities  or would it just wait until that fleeing recedes down.  


5. Dosage  food to small pieces

Think about an eternity project:How do you deal with being overweight? You should deal with it by dividing the food into smaller portions. For example in ten minutes just a few small pieces. You can firstly start with warehouse cleaning, which may be easier, if you decide to organize a shelf in a day. This is how you turn “the inaction progress” into” a progressive mind” in your favor.Respectively do one little thing at a time, you can build trust in a relationship, where you have experienced or disappointed.   Also  daily waste a few moments  of your time for  your dreams. When you know the dreams and goals correctly and imagine it every day, day by day the path of the goal becomes clearer and as a result it becomes a reality.
